Carlisle United FC fans started the new football season with the ability to lower the cost of their passion with the introduction of TeamCard as the club's official Membership and Loyalty programme. TeamCards were issued, free, to all season ticket holders and Premier Club and London Branch members from July.

The Brunton Park club worked hard over the summer to promote the benefits of membership to their fans which include; members-only access to priority tickets, special club events and preview evenings at the club’s official Blues' store. In addition, fans have the opportunity to earn real value in the form of points for every purchase made online and on the high-street with official TeamCard partners.

Martin Hudson, United's business development director, said: "The great thing about TeamCard is that it's a winner for everyone; the fans save money on club merchandise or match tickets, the club gets money paid direct from TeamCard and the shops taking part benefit from their association with the club thereby driving extra business".

Carlisle United fans have registered their cards and are earning TeamCard points in record numbers, making Carlisle United another success story for TeamCard.
