"Whilst the system fully meets its primary function, the added bonus for me was the fact 'stops' could be placed on season tickets thus preventing banned supporters, or other supporters that we wished to warn regarding their behaviour at previous matches from entering the Stadium. We use this aspect on a regular basis and it has had the desired effect, especially in relation to those supporters who persistently stand and who were unable to be dealt with on the day.

The support and briefing given to Turnstile operators when the system was first introduced was first class with regular back up visits ensuring all staff were fully conversant with the system and procedures."
