From the 2010 season, Hull Kingston Rovers introduced TeamCard as their official loyalty and access partner. TeamCard will provide a comprehensive reward scheme as a value add to their membership offer, providing Club Rovers and 2010 Season Pass holders the chance to earn points when shopping with the club and with the extensive list of online TeamCard partners and then use those points toward redemption on a range of goods and services available from the club.
Hull Kingston Rovers members and season ticket embraced the scheme from its launch, resulting in a remarkable immediate uptake in registrations. Participation in the scheme to date has surpassed initial expectations. From subscription to the TeamCard social networking sites to engagement with the loyalty programme, Rovers fans have recognised the benefits of TeamCard and deposed all others, transacting in record numbers.
