Castleford Tigers launched the Cas Fan Membership scheme in September 2010, utilising the TeamCard platform to provide members with a range of benefits. Using the TeamCard key-fob loyalty programme, Castleford Tigers members will have the ability to earn TeamCard points redeemable toward the purchase of Castleford Tigers merchandise. The membership also comes with a range of other benefits, including club driven incentives. Membership fobs are available for purchase at the ground or at the official club shop at Carlton Lanes Shopping Centre, Castleford. Cost of membership is £10, which provides the supporter with 2 TeamCard key-fobs and the ability to start collecting TeamCard points immediately. The club are using the TeamCard system to better understand their fans; to find out who their fans are and to help them provide fans with the products and services suited to their wants and requirements. Castleford Tigers are in the process of recruiting local High Street partners to the scheme, to increase the value of membership.
